Emily Yim


  • Emily has over 13 years of experience in mobile games and held several product management leadership roles at companies such as EA, Glu, Dots and Zynga.

    Emily gained her mobile gaming expertise in casual and lifestyle genres while working on successful franchises such as Covet Fashion, The Sims Mobile, Two Dots and SongPop, and has led teams in various sizes.

    Emily enjoys cooking Korean and French fusion food and loves hosting a bbq party at home. She is always looking for a new crafting activity to do with her 2 year old daughter.

    She’s based in Bordeaux, France.

Vicki Wong

  • Vicki is a start up veteran who comes from mobile games background, with experience more than a decade at companies such as Space Ape Games and Tripledot. With 2D, 3D art and UIUX expertise under her belt, Vicki is passionate about building amazing games for the female audience.

    Vicki loves arts and crafts, all things related to ramen and traveling. Based in London.

Ksusha Zito


  • Ksusha has over a decade of experience in building mobile games. Ksusha was an early member of Dots studio and helped the company to grow from 6 to over 70.

    As a former Sr. Engineering Manager at New York Times Games, Ksusha shaped highly scalable and efficient systems that power games played by millions of daily users, as well as fostering a healthy environment for teams to flourish.

    Amongst many other hobbies, Ksusha’s latest obsession is fermentation, from cider and kombucha brewing to kimchi making. Ksusha is a mother of a 2 year old and has 2 cats. She’s based in New York, USA.

Maxim Gulik

  • Maxim is a systems engineer and technical leader with over 10 years of experience in developing mobile games. During his career, Maxim participated in the development of more than 15 mobile games with different mechanics (puzzles, merges, RPGs, battlers, etc.) for world-famous companies such as Rovio, Sony Entertainment, and Playtika. This experience allowed him to get strong skills in designing and developing complex systems, building and leading teams with a great dev culture, and generally creating stable long-living products for thousands of daily active users.

    When Maxim is not obsessing with technologies he is passionate about traveling, cinema art, photography, and delicious food!

    Maxim and his wife Tanya are from Belarus, but moved to Miami, Florida, USA not long ago. Sunny days year round, ocean and beautiful beaches made them fall in love with this city.

Mickaël Verbeke


  • Mickaël is an artist with genuine curiosity about the world and the games who has over 6 years of experience across mobile and console games. He has worked on various projects from racing to sports games at companies such as Ubisoft and Eden Games. Mickaël’s superpower lies anywhere between creating gorgeous art and optimizing art pipeline for top notch performance.

    Mickaël is based in the French Alps and loves exploring mountains riding his bike, or by ski in the winter. He is intrigued by all things nature and passionate about space and universe.

Veronica Gonzalez

  • Veronica has 19 years in the video game industry, with 9 years in mobile game design. She has a proven track record in feature, system, content, and narrative design at companies such as Scopely, Disney, Warner Bros. and TinyCo. Recently, Veronica was the recipient of The Innovation Impact award 2021, for all 2,000+ employees at Scopely. Before becoming a game designer, Veronica was also a professional producer and a sound designer.

    In her free time, Veronica continues her life-long passion of performing classical piano and violin. She also loves refurbishing furniture and perpetually decorating her 1980s Deco home.

    She is based in Los Angeles, California.
